Dear Students, Families, and Staff of the Galt Joint Union High School District,
Each year, the District develops our Local Control and Accountability Plan, or LCAP, which is the district’s strategic plan for how state and federal funding will be utilized to meet student and community needs to ensure opportunities and outcomes are improved for all students. As part of the development process, the district is required to engage with and solicit feedback from our educational partners, including our families, staff, and students. This feedback is then used to inform the goals and actions outlined in the LCAP and is shared with district and site administration for consideration.
The current draft of our 2022-23 LCAP, as well as a brief summary of the goals, metrics, and actions in the LCAP, is attached to this post or can be found on our District website here https://bit.ly/3xBGX6d.
We would very much appreciate any comments, suggestions, or questions you may have regarding these goals, actions, and metrics. As you are looking through the LCAP and LCAP Overview, please use the Provide Feedback button on the website above to submit any questions, comments, or suggestions or you can email your input to Sean Duncan, Director of Educational Services at [email protected]. Please submit any feedback by Friday, June 17, 2022.
We greatly appreciate any input from our students, families, and staff.
Thank you,
Sean Duncan
Director of Educational Services
